COVID-19 Employer Safety Plan

As an Indiana-based firm, we are required to post a COVID-19 Employer Safety Plan outlining our safety precautions for employees and clients.

As a fully-deployed, remote team, we are fortunate to be able to continue our operations while working from our homes. To keep our employees and clients safe, we will not provide access to our office at 600 E. Carmel Drive to employees or clients until further notice.

At a point in time where we determine it is safe to allow employees and clients access to the office, we will ensure that the space has been cleaned and disinfected, including high-touch surfaces, and will have hand sanitizer and tissues available.

Our sick leave policies have been reviewed and allow employees to rest and care for themselves if they are sick, or to use sick time to care for a family member. All members of our team are encouraged to monitor themselves for COVID-19 symptoms.

We will continue to serve our clients as a remote team, and look forward to connecting in-person at our office when we believe it is safe to do so.
