At KSG, we help professional services firms build relationships and demonstrate expertise. Founded by Katie Gilmore in 2015, our firm works with Registered Investment Advisors, CPAs, attorneys, and CEPAs to market their businesses, build employer brands, and drive revenue. The team at KSG has served clients in seven states throughout the Midwest and Southeast.

Content Marketing for Professional Services
We help clients demonstrate their expertise and show people what it’s like to work with them through informative, relevant, and valuable content. This content may include videos, white papers, guides, or other long-format content.
Marketing for the Employer Brand
We help clients differentiate their employer brand by marketing their unique cultures to prospective employees. KSG helps clients identify what makes each workplace different and create content that tells the story to new recruits. From there, we help clients retain top talent by populating employee engagement tools with content that reinforces the employer brand.
Strategic Solutions for Professional Services
Tough business challenges require creative solutions. Whether clients need help identifying new revenue streams and implementing plans to capture them, or help aligning a team with a vision that supports the business goals, KSG can help.
This position will require a marketing generalist skill set and detail-oriented individual. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Update websites and blogs using WordPress and Squarespace.
Write, edit and revise blog posts, press releases and other short-form content.
Conduct research for valuable statistics and other relevant data on a per project basis.
Own the production of the KSG newsletter.
Generate ideas for new content opportunities for clients and for KSG.
General administrative duties, including mailing, e-filing, meeting set-up and scheduling.
KSGilmore Consulting offers a flexible work environment. Local candidates will have a co-working membership at Launch Indy, where our team is located at 525 S. Meridian Street. Remote candidates will have an opportunity to select a co-working membership. A technology allowance will be provided.
This is a unique opportunity to learn quickly in a fast-paced and growing company. Successful candidates will possess the following aptitudes:

Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with clients.
Willingness to try new things.
Comfort level with change.
Proficiency with Squarespace, WordPress, Craft, or a similar platform.
Familiarity with MailChimp, Constant Contact, or other branded email tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Office 365 highly preferred.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
